How to make your own apple cider vinegar?
This highly sought product has become one of the most indispensable ingredients in a variety of recipes, so it’s always a plus to know how to make one.
What you need:
- -1 kilo of apples
- -a large glass container
- -mineral water
- -1 piece of cloth
- -3 spoonfuls of sugar
Wash the apples well, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Place them in the glass container and cover them with water and add sugar.
Cover the container with a cloth and put a rubber band or close it with a bottle cap. Let the mixture stay in a dark place at a temp between 15-26 degrees Celsius for 5-6 weeks.
After the needed time has passed, the apples will be fermented. Put the liquid into another glass jar and let it stay for 3 days. That’s it – now you have your own apple cider vinegar!
