Whether you choose a three-day detox diet or a full seven-day one, there are a lot of options and foods to enjoy. We offer you an excellent meal pattern so you can easily start your detox whenever you want to.

Day One

  • Breakfast: 1 banana + egg white omelette with onions, garlic, and peppers
  • Snack: Blueberry smoothie
  • Lunch: Brown rice and baked chicken with broccoli

Day Four
