Having a bad breath is much like wearing dirty old clothes. It is a part of the overall personal hygiene and should be taken care of. The condition itself is quite unpleasant and people usually try to get rid of it by brushing their teeth and using different commercial oral hygiene products. Unfortunately, in most cases this isn’t enough. The problem is a bit more serious as it is caused by harmful bacteria and certain foods.
Although breath is not the first thing you will think of when mentioning personal hygiene, it does take part in the overall personal hygiene of people. Having a bad breath, or halitosis, is the same as wearing dirty clothes and sharing odor around you.
The bad breath remedy
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate
- squeezed juice of 2 lemons
Put the lemon juice in a bowl and add the cinnamon and the honey. Mix then well and add the mixture to the warm water.
How to use it
Gargle with 1 or 2 tablespoons of the mixture for a couple of minutes and spit it out.
