  • 1 bag Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut


Preheat your oven to 300 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the pecans and almonds on it. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of melted butter and 1/4 tsp of salt on top of the nuts, and bake for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool.

In a greased glass bowl, add the sugar-free chocolate chips and the coconut oil, and microwave on high for couple of minutes and then stir until the chips are completely melted. Then, put the peanut butter and stir until it melts.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a parchment paper covered pan, and add the pecans and almonds, or any toppings of your liking. Place the pan in the refrigerator, and after a couple of hours, break into bites. Aaaaaaaand enjoy!
