The recipe

  • 1/2 cup of raw, organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of baking soda


In a bowl, combine ingredients and mix well until a paste is obtained. Apply the resulting paste to the area of your choice. For 5 minutes, leave it to work and wash it off with warm water. Massage at the end of the treated area. The coconut oil will hydrate the skin so no moisturizer need to be applied. If you’d like to finish with a fine layer of coconut oil.
