- 1 lemon
- 2,5 liters of water
- 1 lime
- 2 oranges
- 3 tablespoons of grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Method of preparation:
Cut the oranges, lime and lemon in half. Squeeze the juice out of them and mix them with the water. Add the apple cider vinegar and mix everything well. Pour the mixture in the water and you can drink it all day long. Consume the drink for 5 days straight and if you feel like you need to shed some more pounds, take a 3 day break, before doing it all over again.
