The no bake chocolate peanut butter oat cookies
What you’ll need:
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons pepitas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
Add the pepitas and oats in a bowl and set it aside.
Take a small saucepan and place it over low heat. Put the maple suryp, coconut oil, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and cacao powder in it. Heat slowly and stir until it is well combined.
Remove the mixture from the heath and pour over the pepitas and oats.
Mix everything together until it is well combined. Then, spoon into moulds or patty cases.
