Every type of food that enters our body has to go through the mouth, which means that our teeth have to be brushed regularly. But, even if you do so, some bacteria and toxins are bound to stay there. Thus, it is important that we take additional steps to make sure our oral cavity is healthy.
The Best Remedy Against Tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide
- antiseptic mouthwash
Take a cup and add the salt and the baking soda in it. Mix them well, take the toothbrush and pour a little warm water over it so that it can immerse with the mixture. Then, brush your teeth gently for at least 5 minutes and spit everything out afterwards.
Then, mix half a cup of water with half a cup of hydrogen peroxide and rinse your mouth with it for a minute. After you spit it out, rinse your mouth with half a cup of cold water.
Next, floss your teeth to remove the tartar. Make sure you do this gently as it can damage or irritate the gums.
First, take a cup and mix a spoonful of baking soda and half a teaspoon of salt. When both of them are mixed, take the toothbrush and moisten it with warm water so it can immerse well with the mixture. Then, take the toothbrush and brush your teeth gently with it. After a few seconds, spit. You have to do the procedure for 5 minutes.
Mix half a cup of hydrogen peroxide and the same amount of water. Take the mixture and rinse the mouth for a minute. Then, spit and rinse with half a cup of cold water. It’s best to interlock it between two teeth and move from side to side for best results.
Finally, rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouthwash.
